We have three exciting opportunities — Production Manager, Marketing Manager, and Assistant Front of House Manager — each playing a vital role in bringing our productions to life and creating memorable experiences for our audiences:
Production Manager
Do you love theatre?
Do you want a exciting backstage role? Do you have good management skills?
Are you organised and can work well to deadlines?
We’re currently looking for people interested in learning about production management and running one of our 2026 plays. You will be involved in creating schedules, planning auditions and rehearsals and working closely with the director to make decisions on sets, lighting, costumes and budgets.
We will provide all relevant training and a mentor manager for support.
Marketing Manager
BNT is looking for a volunteer Marketing Manager to help share our productions, events, and community work with the world. This role involves planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media content, liaising with media outlets, and helping grow our audience and community presence.
If you have experience in marketing, communications, or social media, or you’re keen to develop these skills, we’d love to hear from you. Your contribution will directly support local theatre and make a real impact on our future.
Assistant Front-of-House Manager

We're looking for a friendly and organised person to join
our upcoming production of God of Carnage as an Assistant
Front-of-House Manager.
You'll be helping out with:
· Planning via online meetings in the lead-up
· Bump-in on 11 October
· Managing a few performances during the run (15-19
October) - we'll work out the dates that suit you!
