Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 10 February.
We will begin the evening by presenting the BNT Community Awards.

Time: Room opens 6:30pm. AGM 7:00pm.

Please register via email or through Hello Club to help us with an indication of numbers for catering and also to see how close we are to reaching our required number of attendees to make our AGM official (we need a quorum of 10% of members).
If you have any questions for the Board please submit them in writing as soon as possible for consideration.
When attending online you will have the opportunity to define your display name when signing in to the meeting. Please put your full name as your display name so we can mark your attendance.

Board nominations are open for 2026 and we would love to hear from you. Nominations close February 8 at 11:59pm.
