In November, we welcomed to the board Shell Pryor. Shell will serve as an ordinary member.
Shell has been involved with BNT since 2019. She started as a front of house volunteer, before joining the backstage crew of Steel Magnolias in 2021. Shell enjoyed the role of Props Manager and continued in that role until recently. In September 2023, Shell stepped up into the role of Stage Manager for Wyrd Sisters, which was a big challenge for her. But she found that she enjoyed it and has been the Stage Manager for many shows of BNT and other communtiy theatre shows since.
Shell is joining the Board because she wants to see the company continue to produce interesting productions for the local Ballarat community and to help develop the back stage crew.
