Cast

GEOFF NOTT

Take several years with Mildura Little Theatre, the Middle Park Rep., and the National Theatre in Melbourne, add a leavening of Radio Plays for Crawfords, musicals, and over 20 years' experience with BNT, and you have one of Ballarat's most loved and respected actors. Capable of such brilliantly caustic award-winning performances as that of Sgt. Dan Simmonds in David Williamson's "The Removalists", Geoff is most often cast as the romantic lead.

HUGH WALFORD

ATHALIE BAZZANI

it is a mere eight years since Athalie began her theatrical career with the Bendigo Repertory Society, with whom she starred in Phil King's farce "See How They Run". Following a memorable performance as Helen in "A Taste of Honey" for BNT in 1981, we welcome her back in '82!

LIZ WALFORD

LIZ JOLL

Since her arrival here from England and Rhodesia, Liz has made a tremendous impact on Ballarat... in radio, T.V. and theatre, as a guest speaker, and for her witty columns in the local press. She was an immediate success in the title role of "Goodnight Mrs. Puffin", , for which she won the very first BJ's Award. Comedy is her forte, and she is an ideal choice for the motherly role of Mrs. Gray.

MRS. GRAY

ELIZABETH GURRIE

a popular and talented singer, dancer and actress, Elizabeth works with a variety of theatre companies in Ballarat. Most recently seen in the satirical Ayckbourn plays at the S.M.B. and in engaging revues at Sovereign Hill, she now adds lustre to the acting ranks at BNT in this, her first role for Ballarat National Theatre.

MOLLY FORSYTH

PETER DAVIES

this energetic actor has packed a fistful of performances into a brief but dynamic career in Ballarat theatre circles. Remember him in "On the Bridge at Midnight"?. "Summer of the Seventeenth Doll"? You may have noticed Peter (with Elizabeth Gurrie) in a national TV ad., too! You want to watch this young man - he's going places!
