Ballarat National Theatre has been proud to sponsor the 2024 Royal South Street Society Ballarat Eisteddfod – Speech and Drama discipline which enables the awarding of the Ballarat National Theatre Prize.
The recipients of the Ballarat National Theatre Prize awards were:
- 1st place - Hayley Every (pictured)
- 2nd - Jenna MacLeod
- 3rd - Nethuki Vadysinge
RSSS have advised that they had lots of wonderful new inclusions in their 2024 Speech and Drama competition that were warmly welcomed by participants and audience! They are looking forward with great excitement to RSSS’ return to their home at Her Majesty’s Theatre in 2025 for some of their disciplines. This will bring even more participants back to the competition in 2025 and more performing arts once again to the heart of our regional city.
