Big news, we’ve selected the productions for our 2025 season!
The first production in the season will be a dramatic reading of Barry Kay's new work, This is the Way the World Ends, a series of thematically connected short plays, songs, character monologues, and interludes, directed by Louise Permezel.
Hosted at the Ballaarat Mechanics Institute in the Humffray room, tickets are on sale now:
The second production this year is Geoffrey Nauffts' Tony Award nominated play Next Fall, and we are excited to have the renowned Matthew Henderson directing this moving and thought-provoking drama about love, faith, and family.
Next Fall starts in June at the BMI in the Minerva Space, and tickets will be available shortly. For more info check out the page for Next Fall.
And, finally, we have a new director and previous VDL adjudicator award winner Ruby Abbott directing Yasmina Reza's Tony Award winning play God of Carnage, a one act black comedy play that centres on the meeting of two sets of parents due to an unfortunate school yard incident.
God of Carnage starts in October at the BMI in the Minerva Space.
