BNT board President Megan J Rield has had to make the decision to step down from her role on the board.
We're very grateful for her contributions in the time we were able to have her volunteering in the role. Thank you, Megan!
At present the roles of Secretary and President are vacant, and will be discussed by the board at the next board meeting on Nov 12 in accordance with rule 57 of the model rules of our company. Members can view the current Incorporated Association Model Rules on our website here.
